Are the gemstones genuine? Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Every gemstone ships with a certificate from a government-recognised lab (IGL / GII / IGI), and the certificate number is printed on the listing itself. Rudraksha is X-ray tested and Karungali is govt. certified ebony wood.
What does "abhimantrit" mean?
Before dispatch, every piece is energised at Shri Amleshwar Mahakal Dham (Durg, Chhattisgarh) with the mantra of its ruling planet. You receive a short video of the ritual on WhatsApp.
What is the return or replacement policy?
Free replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or does not match the listing. For gemstones, replacement applies only when the certificate does not match, since every stone is one of a kind.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Gemstones and Rudraksha ship prepaid only, by insured courier (UPI, card, net banking). Prepaid orders get ₹100 back as Astro Cash.
